ACTON, ON (April 2, 2009) - The Canadian Professional Golfers' Association is pleased to announce the “2009 Scholarship Program.” For many years, the Canadian PGA Foundation has offered scholarships to the sons, daughters and grandchildren of Canadian PGA Members who have displayed both a high level of academic achievement and a sense of community.
Starting this year, the Canadian Professional Golfers' Association will continue to support the academic pursuits of the children and grandchildren of members, but is also very pleased to announce for the first time since its inception, Members, Apprentices and Candidates of the Canadian Professional Golfers’ Association who wish to or are already enrolled in continuing education in either a full or part time basis can apply for consideration for scholarships.
